How the Process Works

Initial Request: Submit this form by the deadline below.

Questionnaire: Upon receipt, we will provide you with a comprehensive candidate questionnaire.

Interview: Once your questionnaire is reviewed, we will schedule an in-person interview with the DCCV Endorsement Committee.
Submission Details

Deadline: All requests must be received via email no later than 5:00 PM, Friday, March 27th for June Primary and no later than Friday, July 3 for November General Election.

Supporting Docs: All interviews and materials submitted to the committee are kept confidential and shared only with the Endorsement Committee and Executive Board.

Expectations: Please note that an application does not guarantee endorsement, and the Committee reserves the right to rescind an endorsement at its discretion.
