For 2023, we are focusing on Member Engagement and Emerging Issues.
Janie Ahlberg is heading up the Member Engagement Committee - we're looking for members to help create, plan and lead activities, meetups, socials, protests, etc.
Betsy Connolly is heading up the Emerging Issues Committee - we're looking for members who follow elected bodies, such as City Council, School Board, CRPD, County Supervisors, State Legislature, Congress, etc. or specific issues, such as housing, environment, etc. and are interested in helping to keep the club informed about emerging issues in their focus sector, ones we want to encourage to continue or speak out against.
One of our 2023 Goals is to engage more of our membership in opportunities for activities, meetups, and activism.
