Our primary speaker is Mr. Matt Rinnert, who is the Development Director of the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge.  He has recently been instrumental in getting multi-million dollar grants for the CSUN College of Business and Economics.  Prior to his current position, Matt worked with the Democratic National Committee where he was assigned to do various fundraising tasks for the national Democratic Party.  Among his positions was fundraiser for the Gore campaign in 2000.  Matt has plenty of tips and stories to tell about getting out the vote and raising funds. 

At the September meeting we will also have several speakers discussing the November propositions and a number of local candidates.

We will also welcome new members and guests.
